Flight Attendant Teaching Assistant

The adoption of a flight attendant persona and actions was used to manage and teach in a busy, shared computer lab, using theatrical cues, structured announcements, and a clear ‘boarding’ routine to create focus and signal the start of each session and transitions. This performance-style facilitation helped to create a more supportive learning environment, where students felt more comfortable engaging despite the distractions of the space and simultaneously helped the wellbeing and focus of the facilitator.
